Need help with Pluk? Email support@pluk.ai. Write from the email address on your Pluk account so we can find it quickly.

Get set up

  1. Go to pluk.ai/myconnections and create your account with your email, Google, or Microsoft.
  2. Connect your LinkedIn account, or upload the connections export you download from LinkedIn.
  3. Start your subscription: $10 a month, cancel anytime. It is included for members of a Pluk organization that pays.
  4. Confirm who you actually know. Pluk suggests the people you likely know, and you can keep sorting the rest any time.

Use Pluk in Claude and ChatGPT

Pluk works in Claude and ChatGPT with an active Pluk account, so set up your account first. Then:

  • Claude: add the Pluk connector, sign in to Pluk, and choose Allow. The Claude connector guide has the steps and example questions.
  • ChatGPT: find Pluk in ChatGPT's app directory, choose Connect, sign in to Pluk, and choose Allow.

New to Pluk? Choose Create a Pluk account on the sign-in page. It opens pluk.ai in a new window; finish setting up there, then come back to connect. Once connected, ask about your network in plain language, such as “who do I know at Northwind Labs?”

To disconnect, remove Pluk in your Claude or ChatGPT settings. Disconnecting does not delete your Pluk list. To make sure the access is also revoked on Pluk's side, email support@pluk.ai.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Signed in to Pluk at pluk.ai/myconnections, open the account menu at the top right and choose Manage subscription. Stripe, our payment provider, opens a page where you can update your card, see your invoices, or cancel.

If your Pluk organization pays for your account, your organization manages billing. For anything else about billing, email support@pluk.ai.

Delete your account and data

To delete your Pluk account and your data, email privacy@pluk.ai from the address on your Pluk account. If you have a subscription, cancel it first (see above). Disconnect Pluk in Claude or ChatGPT too, so they stop trying to use it.

Our privacy policy explains what we keep, for how long, and your rights over your data.
